Three things, and only when you give them to us. Your WhatsApp number, which is how you contact us and how we reply. Your email address, if you choose to send one. And the MAC address or device ID of the device you want to watch on, which is the identifier your player generates and which we bind your line to.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth, or any identity document. We do not need them and we do not want to hold them.

We never see or store card numbers. Payment runs through an invoice link issued by a payment provider, and your card details go to that provider, not to us. What reaches us is confirmation that an invoice was paid.

The MAC address exists so that your line works: a portal only serves a channel list to a device it recognises, so without it there is nothing to watch. Your WhatsApp number exists so that we can answer you, send your login details, and tell you when a term is ending. An email address, if you gave one, is a backup route to reach you.

We do not use any of this for advertising and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker and no session cookie, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here.

The provider that delivers and protects the site may set a technical cookie to tell automated traffic from human traffic. It carries no advertising identifier and we cannot use it to recognise you.

We use Google Search Console to see which search terms bring people to the site. It reports totals, not individuals: we can see that a number of people searched something, never who.

Your MAC address and contact details stay with us while your subscription is running, and for a period afterwards so that renewing does not mean starting over and so we can settle any billing question.

The WhatsApp conversation itself sits in WhatsApp, under their terms, not ours. Deleting your side of it does not delete ours, and vice versa.

Message us on WhatsApp and ask. We will remove your MAC address and contact details from our records, and confirm when it is done. If a subscription is still running, deleting the MAC stops the line, so we will say so before acting.

You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you. The answer is short, because the list is short.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. There is no notification list to join; the page itself is the record.
