Initial Setup
Opening the App
Launch STB EMU Pro. You’ll see the main page with the menu icon (three dashes). Click on it to access the settings.
Configuring Your Profile
Adding a Profile
Go to Profile and click Add Profile.
Enter a profile name. This is just a label to help you identify different servers, so name it something recognizable, like “Home Server.”
Setting Up the Portal
Entering Your Portal URL
Navigate to Portal Settings.
Click on Portal URL and enter the URL provided by your IPTV service. Make sure to delete everything up to the forward slash and input your service provider’s URL correctly.
Additional Configuration
Selecting the Right Model
Go to STB Configuration and select the MAG model. Avoid other versions to prevent issues. Set the screen resolution to your preferred setting.
MAC Address
The MAC address is essential for your IPTV subscription. Input it accurately as required by your service provider. Do not share this information with anyone.
Serial Number
Clear the serial number field to reduce buffering and improve performance. Press Next and OK.
Setting Up Media Player
Choosing the Media Player
Go to Media Player Settings.
Set the media player to LJK instead of EXO. This choice generally provides better performance across most servers.
Activating Auto Start
Enabling Auto Start on Boot
If you want your Fire Stick to boot directly into STB EMU Pro, navigate to Common Settings. Check the box for Auto Start on Device Boot Up. This will ensure that STB EMU Pro launches automatically every time you turn on your device.
Finalizing Setup
Exiting the Setup
Press the Return key until you’re back to the main menu. Go to the menu button again, select Exit, and then wait a few seconds.
Testing the Setup
Re-enter STB EMU Pro. If everything is set up correctly, the portal loading bar should appear. Give it a few seconds to load, and you’re all set!
